The morning session focuses on the role of ESPON in supporting policy with territorial evidence in the past 15 years. Based on an overview and concrete examples a discussion is initiated about how the ESPON should further evolve beyond this programming period. The afternoon workshop offers in depth examples for the specific support ESPON provides by targeted analyses and encourages potential stakeholders to apply for support to their particular policy-making process.
